VISA 簽証
In general, all visitors to Hong Kong must have a passport that is valid for at least one month after the period of their intended stay in Hong Kong. Nationals of most countries do not require a visa to enter Hong Kong for tourism and can stay for periods varying from seven to 180 days, depending on nationality. 一般情況下，所有來港旅客需持有最少一個月或以上有效期護照。目前大部分國家或地區護照持有人，只要符合入境規定，毋須申請簽證便可來港旅，並逗留7至180天。有關詳情可向香港入境事務處查詢。而台灣居民如未持有台灣當地以外簽發的有效旅行證，則需在訪港前申請入境許可證。詳情可瀏覽台灣人來港簽証。
Weather 天氣
Hong Kong has a sub-tropical climate with distinct seasons. The city enjoys a mild climate from the middle of September to the end of February, while the weather from May to mid-September can be hot, wet and humid which also is the Typhoon season and rainy season.When a typhoon is approaching, warnings are broadcast by the Hong Kong Observatory, when the no. 8 signal is in place, most businesses and shops close down and flights may be cancelled.
香港四季分明9月中至2月底氣溫最舒，5月底至9月中潮濕炎熱，亦是雨季及風季。當颱風逼近時，香港天文台會發出警報。當發出八號或以上烈風訊號時，大部分商店暫停營業、航班或會取消。
Currency 貨幣
Hong Kong dollor (HKD) is the legal tender in Hong Kong which is pegged to the US dollar at a rate of about 7.80 HKD to 1 USD. The issue of Hong Kong banknotes are shared between three commercial banks HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of China and Hong Kong Monetary Authority which only issue HKD 10. Transportation 交通
The main transpotation in Hong Kong is public transport system include MTR (metro), trains, buses, trams, ferries and taxis which cover extensive areas of Hong Kong and have signs and announcements in both English and Chinese. Beside, there are various option for you get downtown from the airport.
Transport to and from the airport
香港主要交通工具為公共交通工具如港鐵、巴士、電車、渡輪、計程車或小巴，大部分交通工具都設有空調，並提供英文及中文標識，行駛路線遍及全香港。另外，由機場出市區亦有多個選擇。
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi services are widespread in Hong Kong such as major tourist attractions, shopping malls, parks and gardens, sports venues and museums. Download the Wi-Fi.HK app to search for a list of hotspot locations, where you can connect to the internet with the Wi-Fi.HK SSID.
Hong Kong International Airport also provide free wireless internet access with HKAirport Free WiFi SSID.
You can connect wirelessly to the internet near the ‘MTR Free Wi-Fi Hotspot’ sign with MTR Free Wi-Fi SSID in every MTR station for free for up to 15 minutes per session, with a maximum of five sessions for each mobile device per day.
Most of shopping malls and restaurants provide free wireless internet access with Free HKBN Wi-Fi or Y5ZONE SSID.
Most convenient stores provide 30 minutes free wireless internet access with 7-Eleven Free Wifi SSID.
免費Wi-Fi熱點遍佈全港包括多個旅遊景點、大型商場、公園、體育中心、博物館等。，你可以下載「Wi-Fi.HK」app，尋找「Wi-Fi.HK」的Wi-Fi熱點。香港國際機場客運大樓亦提供免費Wi-Fi ，名為#HKAirport Free WiFi。全港港鐵車站亦設有免費Wi-Fi熱點，在貼有「免費Wi-Fi熱點」的字樣附近，尋找網路名稱「MTR Free Wi-Fi」登入，便可使用每節15分鐘的Wi-Fi（每部手機或電腦每天最多可使用五節），詳情請按此。部分購物商場、餐廳如麥當勞亦提供免費Wi-Fi ，名為「-Free HKBN Wi-Fi-」或「Y5ZONE」。此外，部分7-11便利店亦提供30分鐘免費Wi-Fi ，名為7-Eleven Free Wifi 。
Voltage 電壓
The majority of electrical outlets in Hong Kong take a three-pronged UK-style plug.The standard electrical voltage in Hong Kong is 220 volts AC, 50Hz. Most hotel also have outlets for 100 volts and USB plug.
香港的電壓是220伏特／50赫茲，以英式三腳插座為主(下圖)。不少酒店提供100伏特的插座及USB插座。
