Double Hearts For Noodle 沁沁麪

We found out a mom-and-pop restaurant at Sai Wan Ho, named Double Hearts For Noodle. We order some signature dishes include Double Hearts Noodle (panax ginseng soup noodle) with five hours 15 years panax ginseng, chicken, pork, jujube and wolfberries soup.

小編一直都喜歡支持小店，今次來到西灣河發現沁沁麪，一來到便被老闆熱情招呼。經老闆推介後，小編選擇了招牌菜之一的沁沁麪(秘製人蔘湯麪) ，湯底以15年韓國鮮白參、雞、排骨、紅棗及杞子等材料熬足5小時湯，而且絕無味精。小編喝後真的沒有渴口的感覺。

招牌菜之一的沁沁飯，材料有臘腸、臘鴨、雞、泰國頂級香米及約十種香料。這菜是小編最喜歡的，每口飯都充滿濃濃的臘味及雞油味

芝士蜜糖雞翼 ，雞翼加上芝士，上面再刷上蜜糖，既特色又好味

Drunken Chicken Roll with rich Chinese liqueur

醉雞卷，超濃的酒味，小編吃後有點醉，可能是小編不勝酒力
